Join us on Thursday, September 21st starting at 6:00pm as Staci Joers teaches you how to use Balsamic Vinegar to add flavor to the following menu items and more:

  • Boston Lettuce with Tomato, Balsamic and Blue Cheese
  • Seared Sea Scallops with Balsamic Drizzle
  • Roasted Balsamic Cauliflower
  • Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

We at Uncorkt will start the night out with an aperitif and then pair the proper wines with each course. Also, come to the class and buy the wines served that night and receive 15% off your purchases.
