RENTAL DETAILS
IMAGINE THE POSSIBLITIES
Room rental includes the use of the room, kitchen, stemware, tables, chairs, garbage removal, and cleaning.
Removal of decorations and bagging of garbage is the responsibility of the rental party. (Use of glitter or confetti is PROHIBITED. Sorry, if glitter or confetti is found a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.)
Uncorkt does not provide table/silverware or flatware. Please make arrangements with your caterer or rental company, or bring your own.
Please note: Set-up should be scheduled before your event anytime during regular business hours on the day of your event. Rates apply from the start of your event until clean up. (Prorated by the 1/2 hr.)
TABLE LINENS:
Linens can be supplied and placed on tables by Uncorkt at a charge of $10 per table. You or your caterer may supply the linens. Rounds and rectangle tables require 85” linens. Bistro tables require 54” linens.
BEVERAGES:
All beverages must be purchased through Uncorkt. We will be happy to work with you to select the perfect wine, beer, soda and bottled water selection for your event. Quantity discounts on wine and beer are available. Coffee may be provided by you or your caterer. Hard liquor is not allowed on the premises.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Caterers – You are welcome to bring your own food or use a caterer of your choice.
Music – Uncorkt offers background music when desired. Musicians or a DJ service may be acquired by rental party.
Handicap Accessibility – We do have an elevator for caterers, musicians, or guests that are not able to use stairs. Please ask for assistance when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event date. If made with less than 72 hrs. notice, at minimum, the remainder of the room rental fee for the reserved time will be charged to the credit card on file.
